This policy describes listings and behavior that are not permitted on Flintwork Exchange. We may remove prohibited listings and take account enforcement action, including suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Listings and Conduct

• Illegal goods, stolen property, or items that violate applicable law.
• Listings intended to facilitate violence, threats, harassment, or criminal activity.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or intentionally misrepresented items.
• Counterfeit goods or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Dangerous materials or regulated items requiring licensing or permits the seller cannot legally satisfy.
• Any listing unrelated to the intended flintknapping and related lawful marketplace purpose.

3. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their listings are lawful, accurate, and compliant with all applicable regulations in relevant jurisdictions, including any shipping and age-restriction requirements.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit account functionality, or terminate accounts at our discretion where listings or conduct violate this policy, our Terms of Service, or legal obligations.

5. Reporting Violations

If you believe a listing or user behavior violates this policy, email flintart@proton.me with relevant detail so we can investigate.
